Can I book both homes together? +
Absolutely. Use the Book Both page or the inquiry form to request a group stay, and we will confirm combined availability across both homes and send one simple quote — for up to 12 guests.
What if only one home is available? +
We will let you know right away and offer the home that is open for your dates, plus alternative dates when both homes line up if you are hoping for the full compound.
How far is Evermore from 3rd Street? +
Both homes are a 5–10 minute walk to downtown 3rd Street, with tasting rooms, restaurants, coffee, and boutique shopping. Groceries and essentials are minutes away.
How many people can stay? +
Each home sleeps up to 6 guests. Booked together, the compound hosts up to 12 guests.
Is there parking and an EV charger? +
The Cottage has free parking on premises and a level 2 EV charger; the Carriage House has free street parking. For combined stays we will confirm parking details with you.
Are pets or animals allowed? +
No — we kindly ask all guests to honor our no-animal policy at both homes.
Are there stairs? +
The Carriage House reaches its upstairs king bedroom and loft by a spiral staircase, which may not suit guests with mobility concerns or very young children. The Cottage has a main-floor king bedroom.
Are parties or events allowed? +
Evermore is designed for comfortable group stays, not parties or events. Quiet hours, max occupancy, and house rules help protect the neighborhood and keep the homes ready for every guest.
What are check-in and checkout times? +
Self check-in is after 4:00 PM by lockbox, and checkout is before 11:00 AM. Reach out if you would like to ask about early check-in or a late checkout.
